Mary Cates Named Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Conifer/Bailey Offices

    CONIFER – Mary Cates was recently named Managing Broker of Coldwell

Banker Residential Brokerage at the firm’s Conifer and Bailey offices.

    Cates is a member of the Evergreen/Conifer Association of Realtors and former

Managing Broker of the BrokerOne Real Estate Professionals in Conifer. She earned her

real estate license in 1993 and received the Rising Star Award as a rookie agent with

Century 21. Cates holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
