Widespread Panic's 3rd Release From the Vaults, Huntsville 1996, is Slated to Hit the Streets on June 23rd 2009

For many, Huntsville 1996 defines that period in Widespread Panic history. Fresh off a well deserved ski vacation in the Rocky Mountains, where the music also took some time to stretch and relax, Widespread Panic charged into the Spring '96 tour with a renewed sense of energy and perspective. On April 3rd 1996 at the Von Braun Civic Center in Huntsville, Alabama, it all came together and made an indelible mark on Panic music history.

Athens, GA (Billboard Publicity Wire) June 18, 2009 -- In 2008, Widespread Panic opened their vast musical archives with Carbondale 2000 followed by Valdosta 1986 in February 2009. Widespread Panic's 3rd release from the vaults, Huntsville 1996, is slated to hit the streets on June23rd.

Along with the recently announced appearance at the Voodoo Experience Festival in October, Widespread Panic will add additional solo dates to the fall schedule.
