Dave Butz makes a guest appearance with co-hosts Susan Reece and Andrea Chilcote on Simple not Easy--Intentional Impact in a Chaotic World on June 22 Voice America Business channel http://www.voiceamerica.com/business. You cannot live your life without having an impact, make yours intentional (http://www.ItsSimpleNotEasy.com).

Dave Butz earned amazing statistics in the National Football League. He was a defensive tackle for sixteen years, missing only 4 games in his entire career and at his retirement was the oldest starting player in the NFL. He is a two-time Superbowl champion with one additional Superbowl appearance to his credit. George Allen loved him for his unsparing devotion to the game of defensive football. Joe Gibbs respected him for his total concentration, dedication, and durability.

Butz is active in community service. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Rifle Association (NRA) as well as an outside consultant for them. Dave continues to be active on the speaking circuit.

On Simple Not Easy, Dave will offer a rare look at the qualities required to deliver peak performance under grueling physical conditions; qualities that translate to the boardroom. Organizational Politics are an Extreme Sport. Climbing Mt. Everest or winning the Superbowl requires a total awareness to detect subtleties of extreme danger as well as outplay opponents. The aliveness top athletes experience contributes to the exhilaration of peak performance. This state of awareness, preparedness and attitude can be achieved in everyday life to produce extraordinary outcomes in business situations. The show will feature a second guest, DeAnna McCann, executive with First American Corporation, who will discuss practical real life examples.

Simple Not Easy was created reach a wide and diverse audience beyond typical business clients because this is the optimal time to leverage frustration or dissatisfaction to transform intention into positive impact. The world feels chaotic with the complexity and divergence of thought about key issues. The intensity and breadth of the issues facing individuals, employees and citizens are at an all time high. People are feeling out of control in their personal finances, work stability, relationships and political security. The solutions for sustainable transformation are simple--and they are not easy. On the show, Susan Reece and Andrea Chilcote share practical solutions that are intuitively astute and powerful when implemented.

Simple not Easy--Intentional Impact in a Chaotic World fosters open source learning and freely makes available techniques, tips and tools (www.itsSimpleNotEasy.com). These methods keep listeners focused on harnessing their individual power to steer their destiny, maintain a positive outlook and sort what is real from the an illusion driven by fear. Naming a challenge or opportunity doesn't transform it. Understanding what one should do does not equal action. The hosts' practical solutions can make a difference in life's outlook and outcomes today.
