Cocaine Memoirs…A Novel is a journey of redemption. Haunted by the ghosts of his mother and father during his trip, Anvil makes stops in every state, developing small story-lines in along the way. These brief snippets describe the lives of characters Anvil encounters. Some of the characters lead healthy lifestyles and encourage Anvil to conquer his problems, but many characters suffer from addictions which lead to their downfalls. The outcomes of these small story-lines serve as lessons for Anvil and contribute to the overall message of the novel.
Aldazabal tells an adventurous story that excites readers and is almost impossible to put down. The conversational writing style used to portray the characters' thoughts emphasizes the struggles the characters contend with. This book features addiction, love, adversity, and transformation; all used to stimulate to the reader's feelings by linking them inside the thoughts and emotions of its characters.

About the author: A.A. Aldazabal Jr. was born in Habana, Cuba in 1975. He moved to Orlando, Florida in 1982. Aldazabal attended Everest College where he study film in hopes of writing Hollywood screenplays, but developed a passion for writing manuscripts. He now lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and five children. Cocaine Memoirs…A Novel is his second published novel.
