Users First Alliance Will Present a Social Networking Event at the RESNA Conference Users First Alliance and guest speaker Steve Thomas, of The Net Impact, will hold a discussion on Thursday, June 25th at the RESNA Conference focused on creating a unified voice for wheelchair users, clinicians and providers through social networking. New Orleans, LA (PRWEB) June 24, 2009 -- Users First Alliance will be holding a social networking event on Thursday, June 25 at the RESNA Conference. The event is focused on giving the community of wheelchair users, clinicians and providers a voice through social networking. Guest Steve Thomas, President of the Internet marketing (http://www.thenetimpact.com/internet_marketing/search_engine_optimization.aspx) and development firm The Net Impact, will be available to discuss how social networking can organize and create a structure for wheelchair users and advocates to unite stories and achieve goals.
Topics for discussion include the use of social networking to support: acquisition of wheeled mobility, obtaining the appropriate equipment, and reimbursement for products and services. The presentation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Bayside C Room of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
