By joining the program, Singlestep joins a select group of companies offering robust yet affordable, easy to use solutions targeted at reducing the cost of IT service delivery.

Singlesteps solution, Singlestep Unity, provides affordable network integration and automation for small to mid-market companies that depend on their networks to provide a significant portion of their revenue. Companies that include a growing number of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who use Unity to provide effective managed and on demand services to their SMB customers.

As IBMs Autonomic Computing Partner of the Year for 2004, Singlestep has been working closely with the company for two years. As an extension of IBMs autonomic computing business partner initiative, the IBM Self-Managing Autonomic Technology Mark program is for ISV products that have incorporated at least two of IBMs autonomic technologies, such as problem determination or common logging technology; Autonomic Management Engine technology; or solution installation or packaging technology. The program provides ISVs with the opportunity to display the IBM Self-Managing Autonomic Technology Mark on their qualifying products, demonstrating to customers the product contains autonomic technology from IBM to help them build self-managing systems.
