Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) June 26, 2009 -- InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Mount Morris, Mich., has designed a convenient replacement for a damaged tie tag. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.

Often times the loop on the back of a necktie may come off, exposing the back of the tie and marring one's professional appearance. The "E-Z Tie & Tuck" would provide a quick and easy solution to this all-too-common problem. This handy device could eliminate the need to expend valuable time and effort trying to sew a tag back on, and it would provide a more practical alternative to throwing a damaged tie away. Additionally, this accessory may be offered in different styles and colors to match a wide variety of neckties.

The E-Z Tie & Tuck would consist of a small elastic loop with an adhesive backing on one side. The adhesive would be covered with protective paper to prevent it from becoming compromised. A person would peal off the paper and use the adhesive to stick the loop onto the back of a tie. On a damaged tie, the accessory would be placed where the original tag used to be. Once in position, the loop would be ironed on to secure it in place (though the unit may still be removed at any time). The back of the tie could then be tucked into the elastic loop to keep it in place and out of sight.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
