Prior to joining 10e20, Matthews served as Vice President of Business Development for Latin Source, a research and analysis company providing advisory services to multinational corporations and financial institutions throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Matthews was responsible for all aspects of the companys domestic sales. Prior to joining LatinSource, he was at WestHem International, Inc., a merchant-bank active in the southern cone of Latin America. He later worked at WH Management, an asset management firm that focuses on emerging markets. Matthews holds a B.A. in English from Boston College and is fluent in French.
