Educated at the Rhode Island School of Design, drawing has always been a means of communication for founding Principal Anthi Frangiadis AIA, AICP. Drawing, coupled with technical training to solve design problems and spanning both the fields of architecture and planning, Anthi brings a unique perspective to the firm. Prior to the launch of Archit8, Ms. Frangiadis held architect and leadership roles with architectural firms in Boston and Cape Cod.

Frangiadis, who is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and a National Council of Architectural Registration Board certificate holder says, "I'd like small business and communities to benefit from the same knowledge and skills that are available to large business and organizations. Design services are valuable to small business and communities; as they solve physical problems and often simply describe the vision to a group of stakeholders."

Experienced in a variety of project types from past roles including multi-family residential, light commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed use developments; most notably the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club, Chatham, MA; Chapel View, Cranston, RI; Cordage Park, Plymouth, MA; and Kara's, Kitchener, ON; Frangiadis is involved and passionate about our communities and their connections to the broader region.
