Kelly Povo, an award-winning photographer whose hand-colored images of women in various compromising and uncompromising positions have appeared on cards and posters, in galleries and museums, and in her books. She also has her own greeting card line, Kelly Cards, which features pictures of all of her friends dressed up and ready to go! Her images have been used on book covers, in calendars, and in magazine articles. Povo lives in Minnesota with her two daughters, four cats, and a dog.

Phyllis Root, who is an award-winning childrens book author and co-conspirator with Kelly on this book, Hot Flash Gal and numerous other projects. She grew up in Indiana and now lives in Minnesota with her children, cats, and sometimes butterflies.
