San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 10, 2009 -- With the release of the RMA Extract Utility, Inmatrix now provides all Optimist users with a plug-in that supports extraction of data from Optimist models for submission to RMA's Annual Statement Studies®, the leading source of financial statement benchmarks on private businesses.

The RMA Extract Utility is a highly configurable tool custom-built for Optimist users that allows them to run the extract in an easy-to-use environment or to remap their entire submission if they wish. It draws data directly out of Optimist models stored on a network drive, SQL or Oracle Database and populates the prescribed RMA Access database.

This is the first year that Inmatrix is offering Optimist users the opportunity to be part of creating the RMA benchmarking data. According to RMA, "the more statements that banks are able to submit, the more industries they get back in return."

The RMA Extract Utility and installation instructions can be obtained by contacting your Inmatrix Relationship Manager or by visiting the Inmatrix Web site at: www.inmatrixinc.com

For installation instructions or to learn more about the RMA submissions process, please visit their support Web site at: http://www.statementstudies.org/submissioninfo.aspx.
