Laguna Beach, CA (PRWEB) July 10, 2009 -- The most recent sculptured door creation to come from Randy's Morgan's studio is the Santa Barbara design. The bronze sculptured double door features vineyards and a winery. The door was inspired by the wineries of Santa Barbara County in Southern California and brings the total amount of designs in the "Level One" collection to five. The custom door design is hand sculpted and signed by Randy prior to the cast being created. Each door panel measures 80 by 36 inches and fits most standard door frames. A prototype of the Santa Barbara doors is expected to be on display by August 1st, 2009.
Previous designs in the "Level One" collection are still available on a limited basis in the first edition run. Double doors include the Oasis and Shangri-La. The Pacific and Aviary designs are available as a single door. Plans call for the "Level One" collection to be expanded to include a total of 10 different designs. Each design is expected to have between 100 and 150 proofs in the first edition run. The first edition doors all come with a letter of authenticity signed by the artist, and can be made in glass upon special request. An interest list for the Santa Barbara doors is now being compiled, and orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
The doors are available in a variety of Patinas and the artist is available to speak directly with clients and/or their architects to finalize the look. The Santa Barbara design is expected to be popular not only with those designing a custom home, but may also may be of interest to those wishing to customize a restaurant, resort or winery. The custom look created by the "Level One" collection doors can be further enhanced with Randy's bronze tile collection. The collection currently features a unique line of 27 hand sculpted bronze tiles that contain natural wonders, historical elements and whimsical fantasy. The tiles are available in six different metal coat finishes and a variety of patinas.
