Portsmouth, NH (PRWEB) July 12, 2009 -- Seacoastonline is proud to announce its newest feature: a searchable online database of property transfers.

Visitors to Seacoastonline Property Transfers (http://www.seacoastonline.com/property-transfers) will find a growing database of all real estate sales for the Seacoast communities in Rockingham County, New Hampshire and York County, Maine.

"We know this information is valuable to our readers and local real estate professionals," said Seacoast Media Group Executive Editor Howard Altschiller. "We'll update the Rockingham County listings weekly and the York County listings once a month as they are reported to each town."

Visitors can search by town, price range, address, name of the buyer and seller and property type, Altschiller said.

"The database is new so as new information is added each week it will grow in value," Altschiller said. "At this time we have all transactions in York County beginning April 1, 2009 and in Rockingham County from May 21, 2009."

In New Hampshire the database covers the towns of Brentwood, East Kingston, Epping, Exeter, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, New Castle, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, North Hampton, Portsmouth, Rye, Seabrook and Stratham in Rockingham County.

In Maine the database will include all real estate sales in Eliot, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Kittery, Kittery Point, Ogunquit, South Berwick, Wells and York.
