Premier Realty Concepts Welcomes New Associate Realtor Bob Hillard as Company Growth Continues In an effort to serve its expanding business, Premier Realty Concepts broker-owners Peter West, CCIM and Corey Bishop, CRS, announced the addition of Adams resident and North Adams native, Bob Hillard, to its steadily expanding team of realty professionals. North Adams, MA (PRWEB) July 22, 2005 -- In an effort to serve its expanding business, Premier Realty Concepts broker-owners Peter West, CCIM and Corey Bishop, CRS, announced the addition of Adams resident and North Adams native, Bob Hillard, to its steadily expanding team of realty professionals.
Hillard, familiar to many Northern Berkshire residents through his experience in car sales and truck management at Haddad Motors, has built a steady and dependent customer following over the years. He is enthusiastic about moving his sales and customer service expertise into the real estate arena. "Ive always been interested in real estate," said Hillard, "and wanted something that would give me more freedom and the challenge of building my own business. Ive known Corey for several years and he has always said I would be good in the business-that prompted me to make the move."
Hillard went to the required real estate courses, then waited four months to take the licensing exam to be sure he had a thorough knowledge of the business. He got his license in early June, met Peter through Corey and joined Premier Realty in mid-June. "I like Pete and Coreys philosophy and the way they move forward-always looking to the future. They are expanding but they are extremely selective about the agents they add to the Premier team."
Currently focused on residential business, Hillard plans to, hit every aspect of the real estate business including commercial, leasing, apartment rentals and land sales." He is excited about working with loyal clients and friends and getting the opportunity to offer his usual high customer service standards to new clientele as well. His philosophy is simple, "Im going to see my clients in the local Wal-Mart, so I have to know I did the best possible job for them. I think this is a great time to be in this business-both for the present and building for the future."
Premiers co-owner Corey Bishop explained the partners' vision, "Berkshire County has always had its ups and downs and we see opportunity here. Because of Pete's experience with commercial real estate and his CCIM designation, we are uniquely positioned to provide a broad scope of real estate services." CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, with a business network of 1,000 markets throughout the world. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate professionals in North America, 7,000 are CCIMs. West, who holds the only CCIM designation in Berkshire County, is also a certified trainer for the National Association of Realtors. He said, "Having grown up in this area, our company has a local 'feel' but because of Corey and my combined experience and vision, Premier has a large corporate presence."
Bishop added, "We really offer one-stop real estate shopping. In addition to our commercial and residential sales and leasing businesses, we have our New Homes Division-a modular home dealership. We can find the land, sell you the modular home and do all the finishing work. All you need to do is turn the key.
"We are extremely proud to have received our certification as a licensed Real Estate School. Premier will be now offer expert education and training seminars for those seeking to become licensed Real Estate Brokers and Salespeople in Massachusetts."
