New OFR Statutory Reporting Requirement for UK Listed Companies Now Supported by Rosetta Stones VPM Software Solution

New UK statutory reporting requirements, that came into effect 22 March 2005, will present fresh challenges to directors of UK listed companies. For the first time they will have to publish both financial and operational Key Performance Indicators and to have a balance of lagging and leading measures. Many of these will not have formalised their leading indicators and this is now a requirement of the Operating and Financial Review.
