DMS Store Fixtures merges with Sparks Exhibits & Environments, changes name to Sparks Custom Retail

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- July 22, 2005 - Marlton Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:MTY) is proud to announce its two subsidiary companies, Sparks Exhibits & Environments and DMS Store Fixtures, have been combined.

DMS Store Fixtures is now Sparks Custom Retail.

The combination of these two companies under the Sparks core brand effectively and accurately communicates a total offering of services.

Sparks Exhibits & Environments is a leading experiential marketing company and creator of custom environments while Sparks Custom Retail specializes in the manufacturing, design, development and installation of custom fixtures, vendor shops and point-of-purchase displays for the retail industry. Sparks Custom Retail also handles large scale roll-outs and national store programs as well as merchandising plan-o-grams and in store graphics.
