CAPIS announces the restructuring of its Executive Committee and enhancements to its Fixed Income Desk.

James Morrow, Director of Global Trading, will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Sales and Trading. Joanna Horton, a CAPIS 14-year veteran, will be promoted to Senior Vice President and take over the Global Trading Director post.

The company would also like to announce that starting Sept. 12, 2005, its New York-based fixed-income trading department will be moving to its Dallas headquarters.
