New T-Shirt Web Site Offers a Big Dose of Personality, Reflects Growing Consumer Demand for Fresh, Original Apparel

Sackwear.com launches sells funny t-shirts that are actually, well, funny.

Albuquerque, NM (PRWEB) July 28, 2005 -- A new t-shirt site, www.sackwear.com, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is here to help you express yourself with the appropriate amount of attitude, irreverence and pure, unproductive silliness, and already four of the sites shirts are listed among the webs favorite 30 shirts in the world on t-shirtcountdown.com.

With its launch in July, the Sack website serves up some T-shirts that are designed to get peoples attention without being completely stupid or blatantly raw. The site offers original designs such as Comma Sutra and Amish Country Choppers, and includes some plays on traditional humor and slang such as Crack Kills and Hustla. In its brief existence, the Sack line has already sold nearly 1600 shirts worldwide.

The site and all its designs were the result of advertising industry creative minds Sam Maclay and Tim McGrath, who have been recognized by the One Show, Communication Arts, Graphis, Print Magazine, Step Magazine and others. We just wanted to use our creativity to put some shirts out there that give a little more of a 'wink when you see them," says Maclay. It was simply a matter of channeling our sadly immature senses of humor, which was entirely too easy."

Adds designer Tim McGrath, The well-crafted, yet somewhat inappropriate potty joke has a place in pop culture. Were just putting them on shirts, not to shock people, just to make them laugh. But also maybe to shock people."

The tagline for Sack, Shirts for People," is a reflection of the growing trend of consumers who are seeking less mainstream, and more genuine and original ways of expressing themselves through unique fashion and apparel choices. Sack shirts can be browsed and purchased at www.sackwear.com.
