Vines of Hope Event to Benefit Colorado Foster Children

A Colorado-based Child Placement Agency will hold a wine tasting and silent auction event on October 1st with proceeds benefiting the foster children they serve.

Pueblo, Colorado (PRWEB) August 10, 2005 -- We all know of the term foster child" but few of us know of the needs that a foster child has due to their life situation. Many are in need of clothing, school supplies, foster family support and mentors to maneuver through this difficult time. Loving Homes, Inc. has seen these needs grow and is planning a fund-raising event to help support these children.

The event, Vines of Hope, a wine tasting and silent auction will be held on October 1st at the Pueblo Convention Center in Pueblo, Colorado from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. There will be vineyards from throughout the state of Colorado present and a myriad of items available for silent auction bids.

Donations for this cause can be made through buying a ticket to the event, participating in the silent auction, donating goods for the silent auction or placing a private or corporate monetary donation. All donations are greatly needed and are tax-deductible. Donations may be made at Loving Homes, Inc., 212 West 13th Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003.
