Howard Stern Chat Site Hits 3+ Million Posts

Fan Longevity Continuing as Stern Countdown begins to Sirius Change Over

LONG ISLAND, NY (PRWEB) September 15, 2005

The Leading Howard Stern Message Board, http://www.sternchat.com, just hit the 3 million-post mark this week.

Concerns have been raised about what will happen with Howard’s fans once he makes the change to satellite radio.

‘’Sternchat.com has definitively shown that Howard’s fans are here to stay. In fact, on an average day, we receive anywhere from 7000 to 15000 posts. We’ll also be here when Howard makes the move over to Sirius Satellite radio,’’ states Jeff Matthews, Sternchat moderator.

Matthews has created the largest unofficial Howard Stern site on the internet. He equates his success with a unique approach taken towards giving fans what they seek on the net and topics on the minds of everyday fans of the show. One of the most recent postings dealt with Stern’s likely replacement on broadcast radio once he makes the change to satellite radio in December.

First, Sternchat.com regularly receives appearances from the show’s well-known guest stars. Second, unlike many other popular bulletin boards, Sternchat.com is able to provide a much faster service with 2 active servers at its disposal.

For those who might have missed the day’s show or would simply like a recap of what happened, the site now also posts daily highlights on the main page. Daily Show Recaps on Sternchat.com can be seen at http://www.piratestern.com. Membership is free of charge.
