Hyponicotinaphobia, the Fear of Not Smoking a Cigarette Many quit smoking organisations spend much of their time telling smokers why they should quit. This is generally a pointless exercise because most smokers already know why they should. What they dont know is how can they quit and not feel anxious and miserable at the same time, emotions that no one likes to experience. (PRWEB) August 13, 2005 -- Over the last few years Alessandra Liverani has written many humorous but thought provoking poems on cigarette addiction, after being inspired by reading "Stop Smoking The Easy Way" by Allen Carr, a book she idly picked up one day in a K-Mart store intending to quickly glance through to confirm that it was probably rubbish.
Alessandra Liverani has written over 140 poems, each with a different insight into cigarette addiction. She believes that these different insights will help people quit by changing their thought patterns and rather than feeling anxious and miserable, will find quitting cigarettes a very uplifting and pleasant experience.
Here is an example of one of her poems:
I Grant You Permission by Alessandra Liverani
I grant you permission to throw your smokes away I grant you permission as from this hour, this day You're not convinced, you want it in writing That can be arranged, faster than lightning
Here is the document, signed by the proper authority It's dated and stamped, definitely no forgery Signed with a flourish by the highest power in the land Who might that be, why it's by your very own hand
