Seasoned industry veteran joins San Francisco online marketing strategy and services agency

Mr. Wagner, who accepted his title earlier this month, will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of e-Storm, while co-founders William Gaultier and Nancy Riveong continue in their roles as CEO and CFO respectively.
