Sales, housing starts, and closings surpass first quarter of FY2005.

From April 1 through June 30, Centex sold 391 homes, started 252, and closed 192, far exceeding its own projections. Compared to the same period in fiscal year 2005, Centexs sales were up 125 percent, housing starts were up 35 percent, and closings were up 39 percent.
