Axess Media Tunes Into Ultrasound

Wave Pure to apply ultrasound to health, water and consumer goods

SAN FRANCISCO -- CA ( August 18, 2005 ) -- The Axess Media Group, Ltd. [ OTC: AXMG announced today its Nevada subsidiary, The Wave Pure Corporation, is expected to proceed with manufacturing prototype development already underway for the application and commercialization of ultrasound technology to health and medical treatment, water purification and desalination, and safety of consumer goods.

The announcement marks the culmination of technical due diligence and research since mid-2003 and new product developments over the past 20-years in Europe and North America; including: research and development at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute; product development by Ukrainian R&D companies: Ultramet and Atoll; and manufacturing or distribution by Axess Media affiliates: Ultrax of the Ukraine and JVT of Canada. Terms of the various arrangements were not disclosed.

It is reported that Wave Pure, with the likely backing of the more financially diverse Axess Venture Fund, AXMG's financial division and public spin-off vehicle, will pursue commercialization of ultrasound within several specific markets: water purification and desalination; skin-care dermatology and revitalization; deep tissue healing and muscle treatment; and enhancement of consumables, such as milk and coffee.
