A Las Vegas-based developer is breaking ground on a new office building at Desert Canyon Business Park. Leasing opportunities are available and space is set for occupancy in early 2006.

Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) August 19, 2005

Nigro Development broke ground on a 56,000-square-foot marquis office building at Desert Canyon, a 15-acre master-plan, mixed-used business park located at the intersection of the I-215 Beltway and Russell Road in Las Vegas. Construction costs for the project are estimated at $11 million and the projected completion date is the first quarter of 2006.

This building represents the largest building in the first phase of Desert Canyon building and construction. Leasing opportunities are available and space is set for occupancy in the first quarter of 2006 ranging from 2,000 to 12,000 square feet.

Nigro Development is also handling the sale, construction and build-out of several other buildings at Desert Canyon set for completion in the fall of 2005.

Due to sales and leasing activity in phase one of Desert Canyon, Nigro Development is accelerating plans for the second phase of construction, which will include two additional premier office buildings, said Todd Nigro, president of Nigro Development.

Adjacent to Southern Hills Hospital, Desert Canyon Business Park combines outdoor courtyards, desert landscape and inviting walking paths to ensure a preferred professional lifestyle.
