Breaking the Language Barriers: English, Spanish and ASL Unite Bridging together Anglo and Latino communities across the United States is the mission of this Florida based project. A community outreach concert comes to life in a free for public TV showing and provides the hearing impaired viewer the ability to learn English, Spanish and ASL. Tampa, FL (PRWEB) October 7, 2009 A project that has been one year in the making comes to life this month, bridging the cultural divide. Entrepreneur and bilingual educator Beth Butler collaborated with Orlando Tech and Progressive Media & Music Studios to unite Spanish, English and American Sign Language in a DVD that is ready for gratis placement on public access TV and cable stations nation wide. "This is an opportunity for every state in the US to have complimentary access to quality trilingual children's programming. The non-profit side of the Boca Beth Program is dedicated to improving the communication and reading skills of our young children," comments Butler. Obama's administration has placed a strong emphasis on early childhood education as the United States ranks 34th among nations when it comes to Primary Education. TV programs like this gratis trilingual concert from the Boca Beth Program allows for homes and classrooms across the US to give their children a clear direction on the road to global citizenship. They learn three languages in a fun and easy to follow format. Research shows that it is easiest for children to grasp a second and third language when it is introduced before the age of five. The seamless bilingual presentation of Spanish and English in this concert allows for easy language acquisition and long term retention. Visual cues are provided by American Sign Language educator Jan Duttry throughout the 30 minute show. About The Boca Beth Language Learning Series
