Dallas area Personal Trainer highlights body transformation in national fitness magazine

DALLAS (PRWEB) September 12, 2005 -- Dallas area personal trainer, Pamela Blackburn, will be featured in the December issue of Fitness RX magazine. Ms. Blackburn, now a certified personal trainer, will share her own body transformation of losing 30 pounds of fat in the publications Success Stories" section. Ms. Blackburn will share her experience from being a fat-thin person" to a fit person and the physical and psychological impact of such an accomplishment.

Losing fat and getting fit was the best thing that I have done for myself, physically and mentally," says Ms. Blackburn. Ever since I met my own fitness goals, it has been my desire to help other people experience the same transformation in their lives that I did." Hence, Ms. Blackburn has gone on to become a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, The American Council on Exercise and the world renowned Cooper Institute in Dallas. To me, being a personal trainer is more than more than programming and teaching a fitness routine. It is also about believing in someone, providing motivation and watching their self esteem bloom."

Ms. Blackburn has developed a twelve week body transformation program that she will be offering to her clients in Plano coming soon.
