The awards expanded this year to include many new international companies and guests from Italy, USA, Russia and Portugal. Major UK players including Maureen 118 212 who won best marketing campaign, 118 24 7 Yel.com and Gay-Low 118 429 attended the award ceremony and were entertained by the host for the evening, top comedienne Gina Yashere.

Steve Cobley, Retells Head of Business Development presented the award on behalf of Sunbury based sponsors Retell Call Recording.
