Rio Grande Announces Fall Releases

Including Knizia Card Game Adaptation

(PRWEB) September 15, 2005 -- Rio Grande Games has announced a plethora of fall releases, including a Reiner Knizia card game adaptation.

Euphrates and Tigris Card Game ($24.95) is a little simpler than the board game, but this 200-card, 16-disc game, adapted by superstar game designer Knizia, will still allow players to live in the world between the rivers, where rulers scheme and fight, looking for the upper hand in the region. It's scheduled for release in October.

Also scheduled for release in October are Caylus ($49.95, by William Attia), in which a village in 13th century France becomes home to a new castle; Oltre Mare ($39.95, by Emanuele Ornella), in which merchants in the historic Mediterranean region compete to amass the greatest fortune; Dragonriders ($49.95, by Klaus-Jurgen Wrede and Jean de Poel), in which players race their dragons; Techno Witches ($29.95, by Heinrich Glumpler), in which modern witches ride jet-powered seeping machines; and Ark ($19.95, by Frank Nestel), in which players help Noah fill the ark.
