Karen Bottorff is with Chard Snyder & Associates. Ms. Bottorff draws upon more than 14 years of experience with flexible compensation tax law to perform consulting and design services. Ms. Bottorff is an active member of the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), a national council leading the way in regulatory development and guideline refinement for the administration and compliance of Section 125 plans. As a qualified plan administrator, Ms. Bottorff was one of the first people in the country to earn the CFCI (Certified in Flexible Compensation and Instruction) designation sponsored by the ECFC.

Billie Clarks tenure with Humana spans 11 years, with experience in service, sales and account management for all employer group sizes. Most recently, Ms. Clark has been focusing on strategic consultation and implementation of Humanas Consumer Choice product line in the Cincinnati market.

Alicia L. Wilhelmy is an associate at the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati. She practices law in the areas of compensation, benefits and corporate law. Ms. Wilhelmy holds an H.B.A. degree, cum laude, from Xavier University and a J.D. degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. She has experience in advising clients on the design, implementation and operation of qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare plans.
