Emanuel N. Anton is an associate with Fairfield and Woods, P.C. His civil litigation practice includes a broad range of substantive areas. Mr. Antons extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts includes commercial and business matters, construction and real estate, distribution and uniform commercial code cases. In addition to having represented distributors, wholesalers, owners, developers, prime contractors, subcontractors and landlords in a full range of legal issues, Mr. Anton is experienced in the use of alternative dispute resolution procedures to avoid formal litigation. He received his B.A. degree in business from University of South Florida and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Kristin M. Bronson is a partner at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP in Denver. Ms. Bronsons practice is focused on corporate and commercial litigation, real estate and construction, product liability and bankruptcy. She represents lender, developer and property management clients in all facets of real estate and products liability law, and frequently appears before state and federal trial courts. She has extensive experience representing clients in mediation proceedings. Ms. Bronson received her B.A. degree in American government from the University of Virginia and her J.D. degree from the University Of Colorado School Of Law. She was a recipient of the Virginia McRae Scholarship and was president of the Moot Court Board.
Brigette M. Paige is a partner at Packard Dierking, LLC. Her transactional practice has emphasized providing support to clients in the areas of real estate, business and taxation. Ms. Paiges extensive real estate experience includes many aspects of real property acquisition, development, financing and sale for residential, commercial and industrial purposes. She has also represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, commercial, industrial and residential leases. Her business expertise includes providing general representation to emerging and growing businesses and nonprofit organizations on issues including entity formation and governance, private financing, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and employment and consulting arrangements. Ms. Paige also has an LL.M. degree in taxation, which has enabled her to provide clients with sophisticated income tax planning and estate planning services. She attended the University Of Colorado School Of Law, where she was selected to be a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Prior to co-founding the firm, she practiced with Sherman and Howard and Hutchinson Black and Cook.
