Skeye, Hoeft & Wessel's mobile terminal division, will equip its devices with the latest Summit Wi-Fi® modules to ensure secure and reliable wireless network connections in the most challenging operating environments. A key differentiator for Summit solutions is support for Cisco Compatible Extensions, or CCX. All Summit embedded Wi-Fi solutions are certified for Version 4 of CCX, the highest level of Cisco compatibility for business-critical mobile devices. Thanks to its use of a Summit solution, the Skeye mobile terminal named skeye.allegro is certified for CCX V4. In addition Summit Wi-Fi solutions support all key industry standards, including the top industry standard for Wi-Fi security, known as the Enterprise version of Wi-Fi Protected Access 2®, or WPA2®-Enterprise. It is easy to configure Hoeft & Wessel devices for even the most secure networks, including those that are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
