Private Investment Capital, LP Launches Fund II

PIC, LP partnered with Investment Equity, LP to close on its second round of funding, totaling $75 million, to develop a waste-to-energy plant. The two funds have also agreed to develop three facilities for converting municipal solid waste to ethanol.

PIC, LP Partnered with Investment Equity, LP to close on its second round of funding totaling $75 million to develop a waste-to-energy plant. The two funds have also agreed to develop three facilities for converting municipal solid waste to ethanol.

The parties anticipate the deal to close in late October, subject to regulatory approval. This announcement comes less than two weeks after PIC, LP closed a deal which expanded its network through management and operations services agreements at a 45 MGY facility in the Midwest.
