The Dataquest-IDC Annual Survey 2005 of the Best Indian Employers in the IT sector has been published. RMSI, a global IT services company, announced today, that for the third year running they made strides upwards within the spotlighted Top Twenty" ranking, jumping from last years 16th place to a 4-Star" designation (equating to a 4th-7th place finish). On the employee satisfaction parameter RMSI moved to the 2nd position (14 places up from last year). Employees, who participated in the survey, expressed high satisfaction on issues such as flexibility of work hours, career growth opportunity and development, and company culture.
