New BatchBook Social CRM Version 2.0 to Be Demonstrated at WebInno23

BatchBlue co-founders Pamela O'Hara and Michelle Riggen-Ransom will speak to a crowd of more than 800 attendees as one of three "Main Dish" presentations, where they will be demonstrating a pre-release version of BatchBook's latest feature set.

Designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs with active, growing contact networks, BatchBook is a "social CRM," a customizable, web-based CRM that helps businesses organize their contact data and track social networking activity. The latest release of BatchBook includes a calendar, customizable workflow management and a set of tools designed specifically for sales professionals.
