San Francisco, Ca September 28, 2005-- As the jobless rate climbs and a half a million businesses remain in the dark throughout the Katrina Hurricane devastated portion of the country, CALLTOWER Inc. has announced it is offering a considerable cost break to its target business customers affected by the hurricane. CallTower says it will cover the costs of installing its phone service to businesses with 35 employees or more and that it can have these customers " back up and running in a matter of a few days."

Known as one of the most reliable Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) companies, CallTower's Cisco Platform based system is hosted, which means it circumvents the conventional phone company process and can reconnect businesses with their customers simply by providing instant new telephone numbers for customers to call. According to CallTower CEO, John Trimmer, "We are fortunate to be able to provide Katrina victims the fastest and most reliable phone service and we will waive all set up costs which could be four thousand, forty thousand or an even much higher amount, depending upon the size of the business." CallTower's network is managed by its customer support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Once a business contacts CallTower, it will be given a new phone number for each individual employee, fax numbers and email accounts which will become accessible via the Internet in a matter of days. Customers can then either forward business numbers to their home or cell phones for immediate use. CallTower's "Find Me Follow Me" feature allows incoming callers to reach CallTower's customers. Any call that doesn't reach the customer goes into a voice mail box and can be easily retrieved.

CallTower will also be there for the second part of a company's recovery. As soon as it is able to move into a new office, CallTower will seamlessly manage the transition into the new facility with no interruption or changes to CallTower's Phase One recovery service. New and full business class features and radically improved disaster survival capabilities are part of CallTower's Phase Two recovery service.
