Justin F Kimball Alumni Association Mailing over 7,500 Announcements For 2006 Gala

(PRWEB) October 1, 2005 -- In Late October, the Gala committee will be mailing out the formal invitations and announcements for the event to over 7,500 alumnus who have registered with the Association and have addresses on file. A final push is underway to complete a registration drive for those who have not yet registered with the Association at www.justinfkimball.org.

Every graduate from 1960 to 2005 is listed in the Classmate Directory and the registration is free and private. The classmate directory is owned by the Alumni Association and never allows the information to be used by anyone individual or organization except for official Association business. An Alumnis personal contact information can be marked private" if they wish but only Justin F Kimball graduates are allowed to register.

Registration is simple. If you havent registered yet just click this link www.justinfkimball.org/database/register.php and complete the form. Afterwards, you will receive a confirming email with your user name and password to allow you to complete your personal profile and to search the directory for others.

The directory is important for all classes when it is time for a reunion of their class. Reunion committees turn to the Alumni Association to reach all classmates with the announcements and if you contact information is not up to date, you will miss out on attending.

Also, the Alumni Association needs your support and involvement. The June, 2006 Gala Event will be the first gathering of Association Alumni and election of new members of the Board of Governors to guide us for the next 2 to 4 years. In addition to members of the Board of Governors, all classes will have a class representative to contact for any request or need. Information and registration to attend the Gala can be found on the Gala website at www.kimballalumni-gala.org.

Dont forget that the Alumni Association is a tax exempt charitable educational organization and all outright donations to the Association or its events are tax deductible. Donations for attending the Gala are $75.00 per person with $50.00 of it tax deductible and can be taken this year if paid before December 31, 2005.

The Gala will be a spectacular event with a food menu that will make your mouth water. The event is being staged as Return to Camelot" with a castle environment, complete with knights and wenches. A Silent Auction will be held throughout the evening and the event will be broadcasted live via the internet on KKHS Radio for those not attending.

We ask all who have registered to make sure their address and contact information is current and for those who have not registered to not wait! Mailing list will be compiled soon so make sure this is a priority to get done by no later than October 15th.
