Quintin L King to head lord+king/Associates New Insurance Claims Advisory Group Group to service insurance industry (PRWEB) October 2, 2005 -- Quintin L King, current president and CEO of the National Association of Insurance Litigation Management and chairman emeritus of Lord+King/Associates, a Chicago based professional services firm, will head that firm's new Insurance Claims Advisory Group.
The group, which will consist of lawyers, claims specialist, and loss control consultants, will work with insurance companies and loss control firms on matters relating to current and potential liability, litigation management, file auditing and other areas relative to the business of loss.
King, who has nearly 20 years experience in various areas of insurance claims and litigation management, will assist companies with file auditing, restructuring claims litigation departments, consulting on litigation management on specific high level claims, advising on loss control and risk issues for specific risk.
King, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania law school, has served as a litigation manager for such companies as GE Commercial insurance, Crum and Forster and Argonaut Insurance Company. King has also served as a consultant for numerous insurance firms.
In addition to his role at the Lord+King/Associates firm and as President of the National Association of Insurance Litigation Management, King has served as secretary to the Rand Corporation's Institute for Civil Justice's Insurance Advisory committee, currently serves as chairman of the insurance Advisory committee for Case Knowledge, a Chicago based litigation management technology firm, Chairman of the NAILM's Technology committee, is program Director: "Winning Friends and Influencing People in Claims", Member, Gerson Lehrman Group's Policy & Economics Council.
