Texas Holdem Gives Back

When six year old, Alexander Schott of St Charles tragically lost his dad six weeks ago, the St. Louis Texas Holdem community stepped up to the plate to help out.

ST. PETERS, Mo. (PRWEB) October 5, 2005 -- A FREE (donations accepted) Charity Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, October 29th at 2:00 pm. to be held at Planet 8 Ball, 4024 N. Service Road in St. Peters, MO.

Free buffet, music and tons of great prizes are provided by a variety of local businesses. A $300 prize pool is being donated by CatchtheRiver.com, a St. Louis based company. Adding to the festivities, entrants coming in costume will receive an extra 1,000 in chips to start the tournament.
