Lifeboat Data Retrieval Now on Rackspace Tugboat management moves new company to Rackspace for better service and to meet increased demand. (PRWEB) October 10, 2005 -- Tugboat Enterprises today announced that it has moved their site and server from 1and1 to Rackspace.
"As a new company we are looking for the most professional service provider," says company President Gordon Wilson, "We provide an excellent product line and expect the same of our partners which is why we are pleased to move to Rackspace."
This move comes after considerable cost incurred to the company due to extensive downtime and slow recovery with the previous service provider.
"We are looking forward to much more professional service from Rackspace," said Technical Administrator Curt Tweedle. "We are seeing a steady rise in the number of people visiting our site, downloading the Lifeboat demo and buying our product. We believe that Rackspace will be able to handle the volume without service interruption and thus money lost through a non-functioning site."
Tugboat Enterprises is a successful new start up software company with a series of programs slated for release over the next year. To date it has had an excellent response from Rackspace and is impressed with their products and services. Tugboat looks forward to continued growth and uninterrupted presentation of programs.
