Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) October 9, 2005 -- Grizzly Bear, Polar Bear and Black Bear full body mounts, ready for that special corner of the den or the entryway of the home or place of business are being offered to the general public at the World Class Big Game Trophy & Western Auction on Friday, October 14th and Saturday, October 15th in Fort Worth. These are just some of the many items from several estates and private collections of famous big game hunters and a museum.

Set one of these up and give guests or clients something to remember and tell their fiends about for years to come. The full body polar bear and full body grizzly bear are part of about 100 pieces from the trophy room of James O. Thomason, whose collection has been featured in Trophy Rooms of the World. There are over 1300 lots total including over 700 taxidermy mounts, Polar, Grizzly, Black and Brown Bear, full body Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Bongo, Longhorn, Buffalo, Big Horn Sheep, Elk, Whitetail, Mule Deer and Kudu. Many of these are record book such as Boone & Crockett Whitetails, Elk, Moose, and Mule Deer. Wolverine, Badger, Cougar, Fox and Raccoon are among the hundreds of small game animals being auctioned.

In addition, there are numerous collectibles including Civil War items, a large antique wooden-decoy duck collection, swords, spears, cowboy and Indian collectibles, and many ivory items. Decorator items to create a lasting impression include a fine selection of over 20 bear and Zebra rugs, antler chandeliers, hide and horn lamps, tables and furniture suitable for your ranch home, restaurant or cabin.

The auction is being held on Friday, October 14th starting at 12 pm and on Saturday, October 15th starting at 10 am at the Will Rogers Memorial Center, 1 Amon Carter Square, Exhibits Building 1 in Fort Worth. Preview is Thursday, October 13th from 1-5 and Friday, October 14th 10-12 pm. Auctioneer Bruce McCarty is selling the collection for John Brommel of the Corner Shoppe in Austin, Texas.
