This fall FitTV introduces their first reality show programming, The Gym, an often humorous look at the daily life a gym and its trainers, premiering on FitTV, October 12 at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) Starring Nancy Sexton, the sexy, smart and hilarious former international model. When it comes to secrets, no one hears more dirt than Nancy and her fellow trainers at The Gym. Come inside this Hollywood health club and learn the funny, intimate, surprising and sometimes shocking secrets of the trainers and their clients.

Nancy Sexton, the "beauty with brawn," began personal training in Italy, where she walked the runways for Europe’s top designers. In 1998, Nancy returned to the States and began her career as fitness maven. The model with knockout looks can also knock you out in the ring, she holds AFAA certifications in Personal Training, Weight Training, Yogalaties, Cardio Kick box, Specific Sport, and CPR.

The Gym’s roster of colorful trainers is head by Nancy, who’s high energy and humor have quickly made her a favorite trainer; Ben, a handsome singer; Matt, a hulky repo man; Ethelda, a ripped classic car collector; and Amber, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and newbie to the gym. With a cast like this there is no telling what can happen.
