Veterans Receive Extra Grant Money Resulting in 100% Tuition for Information Technology Career Training

All MGIB Eligible veterans – Chapter 30, 31, 35 and 1607 can benefit from the Training benefits – and 100% 'top up/gap' grant eligible Information Technology training programs, go to school now and pay nothing!

(PRWEB) October 15, 2005 -- Steven Hatch, President and CEO of PC Training Institute, Inc. announced today that all MGIB Eligible veterans – Chapter 30, 31, 35 and 1607 can benefit from the Training benefits – and 100% “top up/ gap” grant eligible programs (see below).

Mr. Hatch's message to eligible veterans who are interested in Information Technology career paths is simple: Go to school now – you pay nothing! "We have been told that we are the only school in the world that offers a "top up / gap grant that covers 100% of the tuition." Mr. Hatch said.

This program applies to Regular Enlistment Chapter 30, 31 and 35 Veterans that have been separated for less than ten years from regular enlistment and who opted in to the MGIB benefits. These individuals are immediately eligible for fully funded tuitions for MCSE (network engineers), MCDBA( database professionals), MCSD.NET (programmers), CCNA, CCNP (Cisco network administrators and engineers).

The MGIB Benefits pay 60% and CompTEC awards a grant for the remaining 40%.

Information technology pros who want to update their skills, and other valuable workers who want to learn new skills can improve their career paths.

Mr. Hatch further advised that even candidates that have full time employment can attend, as CompTEC offers morning, afternoon and evening schedules. The program applies to regular track classes and accelerated boot camp style training. New classes enroll every month.

CompTEC representatives will help veterans through every step of the process, from application to graduation! No need to worry about fumbling through an awkward bureaucracy – CompTEC knows the way!

The program has been tested for over a year with veterans attending from as far away as Okinawa. "We have a decade long history with a variety of local and national employers and we are very proactive in helping our candidates find the right fit. Earlier this month we helped one of our veterans land a great job that resulted in a salary increase of over $20,000.00," Mr.Hatch said.

Reserve and National Guard Chapter 1607

Reserve and National Guard veterans who have been called up for active duty in recent conflicts have been awarded full MGIB benefits by Act of Congress. Entitlements come from Chapter 1607. CompTEC is accepting pre enrollments from these individuals for 2006 classes. While Congress has granted the entitlement, the DOD and the Veterans Administration are still developing the mechanisms necessary to disburse the funds. (Implementation guidance is still pending).
