In addition to the opportunity to play on one of the finest private courses in the Philadelphia metro area, golfers and dinner attendees will have the opportunity to bid on items donated by NFL teams like the Eagles, 49ers, Bengals and the Detroit Lions. “This event has come together over the last few weeks through the hard work and selfless acts of many. North Hills Country Club’s support through the use of their course and restaurant started the ball rolling for us and we could not be more grateful. We truly have been blessed by the response of some of the NFL teams as well as universities like Villanova and Arizona State,” said Empyrean Management Group CEO Michael G. Kalinsky.
The Whitpain Township Police and Whitpain and Centre Square Fire Departments along with their corporate partner Empyrean Management Group are behind this inaugural event. Kalinsky continued “We have a helmet signed by ASU’s football team and a game ball signed by Bengals Wide Receiver Chad Johnson. For Eagles fans we have a ball signed by Andy Reid and a hat signed by Reggie Brown. We even have items donated by Hollywood Director and Screenwriter John Lee Hancock, (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, The Rookie.) We are encouraging people that may not be golfers to join us for dinner and the Silent Auction and promise to get everyone on the road in time to make it home for Trick or Treating.”
Well over 80 golfers have signed on to play in the first annual John Kulick Memorial Golf Event. There are still sponsorship opportunities and dinner tickets still available for those interested. All fees and donations are tax deductible.
