(PRWEB) October 16, 2005 -- Impact 210 Gallery is proud to present “Aumakua, Passion & Portraiture” an exhibition by guest artist Helene DeLillo. Helene’s Hawaiian beauties -- sensual, colorful, shiny and seductive – highlight Haleakala’s flora. "These images are created from the spirits of my subject,” explains DeLillo. “May they touch your hearts like they have mine."

Curator John Cheski has selected some of the most dynamic images of Helene’s collection, which she custom printed herself at Beth Schiffer (www.bethschiffer.com) Labs in Tribeca. "This is a beautiful suite of photographs we're presenting,” Cheski boasts. “Helene's images are a graceful and sensitive homage to her native Hawaii. It’s an immense pleasure to be working with Helene and Impact 210 on this project."

“My personal vision was to capture the colorful, graphic and godlike shapes in the icons of Maui’s Haleakala mountainside beauties,” DeLillo points out. Impact210 CEO Michael Fomkin relays his excitement about the show. “We are dedicated to supporting the arts and professionals like Helene DeLillo in the industry.” In addition to “Aumakua,” a collection of DeLillo’s favorite portraits will be included in the Impact 210 exhibition.
