Women like to see men in strong masculine costumes. 37% of women say baseball players and 31% say pirates will definitely catch their attention at a Halloween costume party. While Saddam Hussein, Dr. Phil and George Bush are the three worst costumes men can wear to attract the ladies this Halloween. When it comes to movie characters, men are most likely to dress as Captain Jack Sparrow or Batman, while the best couple costume is Bonnie and Clyde or Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

For the 67% of singles who are not attending a costume party, It’s Just Lunch suggests getting into the Halloween spirit with a fun fall date. 51% of singles agree that the best activity for a great Halloween date is an outdoor bonfire and another 43% said carving pumpkins and watching scary movies, while passing out candy together is a great way to spend a ghoulish evening.
