New & Improved "Market Cap & Gown" from SAGE Scholars SAGE Scholars has re-launched its higher education financial news service "Market Cap & Gown." The new marketcapandgown.com will allow users to submit stories, comment on articles, and rate press releases. (PRWEB) October 21, 2005 -- SAGE’s higher education financial news services has a whole new look; www.marketcapandgown.com has been updated and restyled to allow readers to submit their own stories and make comments about posted articles.
“We’re very pleased with the new tools that have been added to www.marketcapandgown.com, says Steve Logan, SAGE’s Chief Technology Officer. “We looked at a lot of different websites and realized that there was not a news forum that allowed those interested in higher education finance to interact. Our goal with the new marketcapandgown.com is to do just that – allow users to keep one another up-to-date on higher education finance.”
Marketcapandgown.com is also a press release site for the private colleges and universities that participate in SAGE’s Tuition Rewards™ Program. There is a special section on the marketcapandgown.com homepage that features news submitted by SAGE’s member private schools, and the schools can update this as often as they like.
MarketCapandGown.com is just the first SAGE website to get a facelift. SAGE will roll out new sites for all of its programs for the new year and turn www.sagescholars.com into a “portal” site for all of the SAGE Programs. What is currently sagescholars.com will become TuitionRewards.com,” said Steve Logan. SAGE is also planning on rolling out its much anticipated college match website MyFourYears.com, which will be a unique website for students that will not focus on college search, like other current sites do but on “college match.” “MyFourYears.com will be more like Eharmony.com than a standard college search website, but unlike Eharmony we want to match students and colleges,” says Logan.
