Littleton won three awards for projects entered with Raleigh homebuilder K. Hovnanian Homes, 4 awards with Wakefield Development Company’s Bedford at Falls River community in North Raleigh, and one each for GS Carolina’s Amberly community in Cary, Carolina Communities Development Group in Raleigh and Charleston Homes in Raleigh.

Bedford’s four awards were for best newsletter, best TV commercial, best sales office and best website. K. Hovnanian Homes’ three awards included best brochure/direct mail, best logo and best billboard, all for its NewHome101 campaign. Charleston Homes won an award for best brochure and Carolina Communities and Amberly won for best logo.

The North Carolina Homebuilders Association (NCHBA) 2005 STARS Awards Gala took place during the 21st Century Building Expo & Conference on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte. The awards show recognizes home building, sales and marketing professionals in North Carolina.
