Inc. magazine announced local downtown company, Dynetech Corporation earned the number 127 spot in this year’s Inc. 500 magazine listing of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately held companies. The entrepreneurial-spirited company captured this year’s business services ranking with a 779.2 percent growth in five years and $177 million in revenue for 2004.

The entrepreneurial-spirited company captured this year’s business services ranking with a 779.2 percent growth in five years and $177 million in revenue for 2004.

Dynetech competed with over 500,000 businesses nationally to make the list as measured by the average annual sales growth and joins former list recipients such as Microsoft, Intuit and Oracle. Businesses nationally were scrutinized on their 2004 average annual revenue based on qualified applicant financial statements. Eligible companies were required to be independent and privately held, with an operating history of at least four years.
