GCC Group Makes New Appointments

GCC Group is pleased to announce the appointment of long-serving management team members Chris Mercer and Scott Odom as Executive Directors.

Hong Kong (PRWEB) November 4, 2005 -- GCC Group, the world’s only independent manufacturer of 100% brand new alternative cartridges for printers, copiers, fax machines, and MFCs is pleased to announce the appointment of long-serving management team members Chris Mercer and Scott Odom as Executive Directors.

Chris Mercer, a founding member of the company, served as an executive for several companies that specialised in high-speed laser printer development prior to joining GCC. Having served as GCC’s Chief Technical Officer for fifteen years and spearheading new product development and all aspects of intellectual property, his exceptional expertise in patent research and internal quality controls have been invaluable to the company.

Scott Odom was one of the founders of LaserCharge Inc, the pioneer in training and supplies for toner cartridge refilling industry. Subsequent to that he was the Director of Sales for a USA independent specialty toner manufacturer with injection moulding facilities located in Taiwan. Prior to joining GCC he was a general manager for Xerox running their Omnifax-EBS division. Scott has been responsible for the sales of current GCC products to existing and new sales channels.

Jean-Marc Cayrolle, formerly the Group’s Marketing Manager based in China, has been promoted to Operations Manager at GCC Europe B.V. Jean-Marc is responsible for growing the company’s private brand label and OEM business in Europe. He will be based in the company’s Netherlands location.
